Juelz Santana Arrested & Being Held On $125-Thousand Bond

  

Juelz Santana's New Jersey recording studio was raided after a ten month long investigation surrounding Skull Gang member MC Hynief.

During the raid, police found several guns and other paraphernalia, resulting in the arrest of Hynief.

Now police have hit the Dipset lietenant, whose real name is Laron James, with multiple drugs and weapons charges as he was arrested today following a 10-month investigation.

The 28-year-old Dipset MC  was charged on Wednesday with possession of a firearm and a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a handgun without having a permit, possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, and possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school zone.

Police are also saying that Juelz is a member of the Blood street gang...   (Wow, talk about using your raps against you.)

Santana is being held at the Bergen County jail in Hackensack, NJ on $125-thousand bond.

Terence Howard's Wife Files For Divorce

  

Terrence Howard's wife, Michelle Howard has filed for divorce from her actor hubby, after just one year of marriage In court documents of Michelle states that they were married on January 20, 2010, and separated on January 27, 2011. The couple have no children together.

Michelle is seeking spousal support, and cites the California standard of ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split.

She’s requesting Terrence pay her legal fees.

Michelle was Terrence’s second wife – but his third marriage.

The 41-year-old star previously married, then divorced, then married Lori McCommas, in 1989 and then in 2005, and they have three children together

Is Beyonce Preparing For Raising A Child?

 

Beyonce was spotted going about her business in New York City over the weekend, but pregnancy rumors are awhirl! Regardless of whether or not she is ready to be a mother, she has been helping friend Gwyneth Paltrowwith her motherly duties. 

In the latest issue of UK's Harper's Bazaar Paltrow says "Beyonce did the school run with me once and everyone was fine." Gwyneth is also happy to call Jay-Z and Beyonce their closest friends. 

When Chris Martin and Gwyneth are together with Jay-Z and Beyonce, Paltrow says "You don't really think about it, but then sometimes you're all together and someone will say something and you're like, Whoa, this is a crazily talented group! Jesus!"

POOR PARENTING SKILLS: Mother Reportedly Pulls Son Out Of School To Rob Bank

  

Police in Dekalb County, Georgia have a 35-year-old mother in custody after they say she pulled her son out of school Friday to help her rob a bank.

Police report that Tawander Simmons of Stone Mountain and two teens---one of them her son, held up a Wells Fargo Bank around 9 a.m. Friday while a third teen waited in the car, police said.

There are conflicting reports however about how Simmons met with the teens and her son, 17-year-old Benny Brice.

A Lilburn Police Spokesman told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that Simmons picked up her son and two boys from Stepehenson High School to assist in the robbery.

School police report however that only Brice came to school and decided to leave because the other two had skipped.

DeKalb school officials later said none of the teenagers came to school Friday.

All versions of the story agreed however that the mother had the handgun used in the robbery.

Police arrested the mother and her son, along with Glenn Broom, 18, and David Rollins, 17, both of Lithonia.

All four of them are charged with armed robbery.

Minnesota Men Videotape Rape Then Give Up Name And Number

  

Jerard Braboy is one of three men involved in allegedly raping a 22-year-old woman in Goodview, Minnesota. Unfortunately for him, Braboy and his cohorts thought it would be entertaining to capture the deed on camera resulting in his own arrest yesterday.

After meeting the suspect and another man at a party, the victim was offered a ride home but ended up at the residence of a woman known as "Jackie."

"Jackie" fell asleep, and the victim was hit over the head after exiting the bathroom.

She was then thrown on the bed as the 39-year-old Braboy allegedly began to rape her.

Police report that a second suspect held her down and a third man videotaped the incident.

According to court documents, the victim told the men to stop several times, and pleaded for them to release her.

After reviewing the videotape, court documents show Braboy's cousin was the man holding the victim down and he can be heard saying, “We don't get action like this where we're from.”

That action must have led Braboy to believe the sex act was either consensual or that he had won the victim over since he gave her his phone number under the nickname, “Cakes.”

Where they are from, they also don't understand that filming a crime is a sure way to get caught.

The victim pointed out the apartment and the vehicle, and when police arrived, two Black males were seen carrying a mattress and bedding out of the apartment.

"Cakes" was obviously about to cover his tracks and get rid of the evidence containing DNA, but forgot about the visual proof.

Braboy has previously been convicted of attempted murder, unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated assault, fraud, obstruction, impersonation to deceive law enforcement officers and several drug offenses.

He is expected in court on February 3.
