Ashanti Snaps Back At Nelly 'Denying' Their Relationship

We all loved Ashanti and Nelly as a couple, but recently Nelly's been on an all-media diet, denying that he and the ex-Murder Inc. princess were ever an item. And according to Ashanti herself, that is the absolute truth.

During an appearance at 106 & Park's 10th anniversary episode this week, the 29-year-old explained her side of the story to BET.com. "So one of the rumors that I would like to clear up, the whole Nelly-Ashanti, and Nelly's denying and Nelly's not claiming; let's clear that up right now,” she says adamantly. "Me and Nelly are good friends. I never said I was his girl, I never quote, unquote, 'claimed him.' I never said we were an item and neither has he, so there you have it. We're good friends. The whole, 'Oh he's denying and she's denying,’ no claiming. Come on, son!"

Dr. Conrad Murray Settles Lawsuit Over $1.65 Million Loan

Dr. Conrad Murray has one less legal battle to fight and a roof over his head now that he's reached a settlement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation - or FDIC - RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

In May 2010, Dr. Murray filed a lawsuit against the FDIC regarding a loan on his Las Vegas residence. Murray was seeking to mediate the terms of a $1.65 million promissory note that the FDIC took over after the original note holder, Irwin Union Bank & Trust Company, was shut down by the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions.

In the lawsuit, Dr. Murray claimed he fell behind on his mortgage in 2009 and was facing potential foreclosure. In an attempt to save his home, Dr. Murray says he elected mediation and attempted to work with his lender.

However, during the course of the mediation, the doctor was arrested for his alleged involvement in Michael Jackson's death and claimed his financial documentation was seized and has not been recovered.

The mediation process fell apart after that.

The FDIC attempted to dismiss the lawsuit in June 2010 but it appears the government has had a change of heart - now working with the doctor and his lawyers to settle the case.

On October 4, lawyers for both Dr. Murray and the FDIC jointly requested to continue a scheduled October 5 hearing as "Parties having agreed on the terms of a settlement and needing only to memorialize and execute an agreement and file a stipulation of dismissal."http://www.hoodtube.com/main

Game's Manager Jimmy Henchman Reportedly Being Set Up

Is “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond, accused last month of being a police informant, being set up in an elaborate hoax to scar his reputation?

According to sources, a letter has been circulating around various penitentiaries by former LA Times writerCharles “Chuck” Philips, seeking the assistance of various inmates in a possible pursuit to get-back at Rosemond.

Philips is famously known for writing a front-page story for the LA Times in 2008 alleging that Sean "Diddy" Combs, and the Notorious B.I.G. were behind the 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur outside New York's Quad Studios.

It was later discovered by TheSmokingGun.com that the documents Philips used to attribute his claims were the work of a con man.

The paper later retracted the article and issued an apology to another man who was falsely implemented in the article, Rosemond.

At the time, Rosemond was calling for the Philips' job for attempting to soil his name.

Philips was let go from the Times less than five months after the retraction in a round of budget cuts at the paper.

Now, new documents have surfaced that seem to implicate that Philips is attempting to set a charade into motion as a possible means of revenge on Rosemond.

If these new revelations are true, this would add another strange twist in the life of the disgraced writer who won a Pulitzer Prize in 1999 for his stories on corruption in the music industry.

As previously reported, Czar Entertainment CEO, Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond, is being accused by a former lawyer of providing information to law enforcement officials dating back in the mid-90's.

In documents leaked to the NYDailyNews.com in September, one of Rosemond's former lawyers cites many instances where the CEO has aided authorities in apprehending criminals.

The lawyer states that his repeated cooperation with authorities aided in asking for leniency in a Los Angeles gun case.

Rosemond's lawyer has since released this statement proclaiming his client's innocence.

"The article in today's New York Daily News about Jimmy Rosemond is nothing short of a targeted assassination attempt by the government, with an assist from their favorite daily newspaper…

Due to the government's inability to convict Jimmy in a court of law, they have stooped to trying to get him lynched in the street…

We are weighing our legal options at this time but we can say in no uncertain terms: Jimmy is not and has never cooperated with law enforcement. If you noticed, the article never stated one named person that Mr. Rosemond allegedly informed upon. Any suggestion otherwise is a damnable, actionable lie."

Rosemond himself has yet to speak publicly about the claims.

Tiger Woods Sex Tape 'Real', Says Hooker's Husband; Rejects Claim It Was Faked

The husband of a hooker embroiled in claims she used a stunt double of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods to star in a fake sex tape has insisted to RadarOnline.com "we have the real guy".

While there is no proof, yet, that Tiger foolishly allowed himself to be filmed during intercourse, Devon James has unveiled a website, promising viewers a glimpse at 'Tiger Wood's former girl playing all the holes'.

Devon, a call girl who has said Tiger was "nasty... dirty, bad, bad, bad" in the bedroom, said she sold a 62-minute tape to a DVD production company for $350,000, plus a cut of sales.

The Florida porn star also alleges Tiger is the father of her nine-year-old son.

But her former manager, Gina Rodriguez, cast serious doubt on whether a tape even exists, revealing to RadarOnline.com how the couple had wanted to "find a Tiger look a like and make a tape", claiming they boasted "no one would know" of their scheme.

"I told them that I would have no part of a fake tape," Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.

In an exclusive interview, Nick James, Devon's husband who brokered the tape, reacted furiously to Rodriguez and insisted: "Look the tape exists - the whole world will shortly see that the Tiger Woods sex tape is real!"

"F*** Gina Rodriguez - she does not know s***," he said.

"We have not spoken to her since August and she has never seen the tape and does not know anything about.

"We as porn producers so why would we hire a fake Tiger Woods when we have the real guy?

"It is so ridiculous to suggest otherwise.

"It was shot in the condo in Tampa, Florida, and when it is released people will be able to see it for themselves."

Rodriguez managed Devon until the pair split amid a barrage of personal insults; Devon called Rodriguez a "whore bag", "slut" and a "thief", prompting a restraining order to be filed in a Los Angeles court.

"This is definitely a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of buying it to not send sending in your money for pre order, because the tape does not exist and if they have a tape, it's NOT Tiger," Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.

Nick said he and Devon planned to file their own lawsuit against Rodriguez, claiming they're owed $10,000 for unpaid services.

The porn entrepeneurs are hoping that alleged sex tape of the shamed golf superstar will net them millions of dollars, once it's released.
