BREAKING NEWS......LIL BOOSIE ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING DRUGS INTO PRISON + FACES MORE CHARGES!

  
The charges keep mounting for Lil Boosie. The Louisiana State Police have filed felony charges against the incarcerated rapper for allegedly trying to smuggle codeine into prison.

According to Louisiana news network, WAFB, Boosie and two other men (Titus Franklin and Arthur Stewart) were plotting to bring codeine syrup—a key component in the popular southern drug known as sizzurp or lean—into the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, where the Trill Entertainment MC is currently locked up on a probation violation while he also awaits trial on separate murder charges.

LSP investigators revealed that the three men—who were all charged with conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution—spoke with an undercover agent about setting up the plan.

“It’s an ongoing investigation and we really can’t comment,” Gary Young, a rep from the Louisiana State Penitentiary told XXLMag


XXL recently spoke to Boosie behind bars about how he is adapting to life. “Some days I’m maintaining, but I’m missing my family and the life I had out there,” Boosie told XXL. “My first seven months I was in population, but since June I’ve been on 23-hour lockdown.”

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
The Louisiana State Police has filed charges against Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie related to trying to smuggle drugs into prison.
Troopers said Torrence Hatch, 28, and two others were allegedly in the process of trying to get codeine syrup into the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola.
The other suspects were identified as Titus Franklin, 27, and Arthur Stewart, also 27. All three men are from Baton Rouge.
LSP detectives and the East Baton Rouge Violent Crimes Unit reported receiving information the trio was conspiring to smuggle the Schedule V Dangerous Controlled Substance (CDS) into Angola, where Hatch is incarcerated.
Investigators said Stewart and Franklin made arrangements through an undercover agent to have the codeine delivered to Hatch.
All three men have been charged with conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.
Hatch was also charged with inciting a felony.
Franklin faces an additional charge of distribution of a Schedule V CDS.
Lil Boosie is being held on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of Terry Boyd.
