BREAKING NEWS......LIL BOOSIE ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING DRUGS INTO PRISON + FACES MORE CHARGES!

The charges keep mounting for Lil Boosie. The Louisiana State Police have filed felony charges against the incarcerated rapper for allegedly trying to smuggle codeine into prison.

According to Louisiana news network, WAFB, Boosie and two other men (Titus Franklin and Arthur Stewart) were plotting to bring codeine syrup—a key component in the popular southern drug known as sizzurp or lean—into the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, where the Trill Entertainment MC is currently locked up on a probation violation while he also awaits trial on separate murder charges.

LSP investigators revealed that the three men—who were all charged with conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution—spoke with an undercover agent about setting up the plan.

“It’s an ongoing investigation and we really can’t comment,” Gary Young, a rep from the Louisiana State Penitentiary told XXLMag

XXL recently spoke to Boosie behind bars about how he is adapting to life. “Some days I’m maintaining, but I’m missing my family and the life I had out there,” Boosie told XXL. “My first seven months I was in population, but since June I’ve been on 23-hour lockdown.”

“Honestly, I gave him the floor,” Baby says of Weezy. “He wanted it. I been with him since he was seven years old, eight years old. I been in his life all of his life, and he was like, “Let me handle, it.” At the time, me as an artist, losing my sister and everything I was going through personally, I was just like, ‘Go ahead, I’ma just support what you gon’ do. You can handle it.’ And I took a step back. Probably was the smartest move I ever made in my life was to let him go ‘head.”

Jimmy Henchman Breaks Silence Regarding Drug-Trafficking Accusations, Arrest Warrant

A week after a federal warrant was issued for his arrest, long-time music industry veteran, Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond, has broken his silence regarding accusations by authorities that he has been involved in a national cocaine distribution ring.
In a statement, released to XXLMag.com, Henchman proclaimed his innocence, while shedding light on the situation he calls "unconstitutional." In the long-winded statement, he vows to fight the case in court, and accuses prosecutors of manipulating the media to slander his name, due to a personal vendetta.
He reportedly turned himself into authorities on Monday (May 23). Further details are unknown.
Read the full statement below (courtesy of XXLMag.com):
With the Name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful I have decided to break my silence to address slanderous media once and for all. Firstly, I want to apologize to every music artist and executive I've worked with. In addition, I apologize to my family and friends who have had to endure this horrible situation.
The events over the past week, to say the least, have caught me off guard. Although I have been aware of an investigation-taking place over the last four years, I was never informed that an arrest warrant had been issued in my name. I first learned about that warrant through the media when the news was released last week.
The purpose of this statement is not to assert some kind of grandiose conspiracy theory, but I will state some facts. These prosecutors have already begun my trial through the media and I'm releasing this statement in order to set the record straight. I just want a fair trial. I came up from nothing and made some mistakes early in my life of which I have already served time. Since then I have worked hard to establish my career in the music industry only to be targeted by these opportunistic prosecutors with a personal vendetta against me.
I would like to expose the two prosecutors spearheading this slanderous and trumped up case against me. The first, prosecutor Todd Kaminsky, is a 33-year-old White hip-hop head that if he weren't a lawyer he would probably be a member of the Beastie Boys. Second, Carolyn Porkony, who failed in convicting the Murder Inc. Irv Gotti brothers on trumped up charges of money laundering. Both have a personal stake in pursuing me and will stop at nothing to bring down an innocent man.
I have endured slanderous media for quite some time. Last year, in their frustration, they employed Chuck Phillips and the Daily News to write baseless stories in the media saying I was a snitch (but never mentioned or produced one person I 'snitched' on) to hopefully get people to start cooperating with their bogus investigation. Chuck Phillips started a campaign against me and wrote dozens of letters to inmates serving considerable time in federal prison begging them to cooperate. When those tactics didn't work, they subpoenaed every person that knew me or worked with me in the music industry, including my accountants, lawyers, secretary, etc.
What compels me to expose this is that I know if I don't I will not get a fair trial. Todd Kaminsky is hanging his hat on this case and has gone beyond his office to make sure he sensationalizes this to propel himself to some high-end law firm or political office. This is obvious from the deals he has already given his "witnesses" to testify against me. Henry "Black" Butler, a known rolling 60's gang member, and wife Leah Daniels who are Kaminsky's star "witnesses" were arrested with drugs and machine guns in Los Angeles. Butler was promised five years and his wife got her case dismissed in exchange for implicating me in their operation. I know nothing of Butler's criminal activities and was never involved with him concerning those criminal activities. I just know him as a self-proclaimed gangbanger who told jokes all the time and worked for Loud Records in the 90's. They leaked all this false information about me to the media and left out the truth that Henry Butler denied my involvement until he was promised a reduced sentence of five years if he included me in his operations. There's absolutely no evidence that supports my involvement in any of this, yet I have been implicated with someone I have no associations with. Through our own investigations, we have compiled a lot of information that proves the prosecutors are overly zealous and aggressive, not to mention unconstitutional. They gave witnesses immunity and have gone as far as to threaten individuals with indictments if they didn't talk to them about me and corroborate their tales. For instance, Ali "Zo" Adam, whose serving 18 years was offered a lesser sentence and the witness protection program if he testified against me. He refused saying he couldn't live with the lie but admitted he was tempted by the offer. Many were tempted with the prospect of freedom and hence a case with no evidence was born against me. THIS IS NOT JUSTICE.
Khalil Abdullah's indictment was leaked in the media as well. I never saw my name on that indictment, and I don't know what I have to do with whatever he's been indicted for. Up to now I don't know what I may be charged with or what crime I've committed. For the last 10 years I've dedicated myself to servicing the music community but because of my so-called "checkered past", I've become an easy target for prosecutors Todd Kaminsky and Carolyn Porkony, not to mention fiction writers like Chuck Phillips and his Daily News cohorts.
If the government is relying on informants like Winston "Winnie" Harris, a convicted drug dealer and Jamaican deportee, who came to me and motioned via hand signal that he was forced to wear a wire and begged me to skip town or Dexter Isaac who is serving life in prison plus 30 years then I'm sure I will not be offered a fair trial. Where's the real proof that I have committed these crimes? I just want my fair trial and to not be railroaded as they so eagerly want to do.
A fair trial is afforded by the constitution and witnesses should be forthright without pressure or duress. That's all I want and I'll turn myself in today.
Again, I apologize to my peers, artists and family for being subjected

I Injected Pacquiao With Steroids" Says Former Sparring Partner

One of Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao’s former sparring partners has admitted that he regularly injected the fighter with steroids ”in the locker room, in the upper outer quarter of his butt cheek!”

The man, a Filipino and former pro fighter, now fears the wrath of millions of his fellow countrymen, and as a result, his identity is protected. He claims to have worked with Pacquiao from ”his early years” up until Pacquiao’s 2010 fight with Miguel Cotto, and claims Pacman only began using steroids in anticipation of his 2009 fight with Oscar De La Hoya.

He also claims that Pacquiao has switched from using steroids, to now using a complex mixture of HGH (human growth hormone) and insulin, a combination that is virtually undetectable in post fight drug tests.

In an interview given in a top secret location in Las Vegas, the former Pacquiao associate said ”Manny was curious about using steroids for many years before he actually started. There is a lot of steroid use in the Philippines, and they are easy to get. But Manny hates needles! He hates ‘em.”

”Manny was already on the way to becoming one of boxing’s greats when he got the call from De La Hoya and his people about a fight. Oscar wanted a rematch with Mayweather, buy Mayweather decided to retire. Someone came up with the idea for De La Hoya and Manny as a potential big fight. When I heard about it, I thought it was the dumbest thing I had ever heard.”

By the time De La Hoya came calling, Manny Pacquiao was already a twelve year veteran with a 47-3-2 record, and world titles at flyweight, super bantamweight, super featherweight and lightweight. He had been knocked cold twice as a flyweight in the 90′s, and also lost on points to Erik Morales in a bout at super featherweight in 2005, Pacquiao’s last defeat. Pacman had come out on top in grueling rivalries with Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera and Juan Manual Marquez.

In March 2008 he defeated Marquez for the WBC super featherweight title via a split decision, and three months later he battered David Diaz to defeat in nine rounds for the WBC lightweight title. From world flyweight champion to world title holder at lightweight in nine years is both an incredible and unequaled achievement, and also feasible and believable, considering Pacquiao’s speed, southpaw boxing ability and punching power. His sudden leap in 2008 to welterweight, and subsequently beyond, and his complete mastery of much bigger fighters, had opened the door to debate as to whether the Filipino may be using performance enhancing drugs.

”Manny knew there was no way he could beat Oscar. But there was also no way he was gonna pass up the biggest fight, the biggest opportunity of his life. This was it, the big time.” said his former sparring partner.

”Manny never looked at using drugs as cheating. It was just a way of evening things up a little. Oscar was naturally much bigger and stronger than Manny. Of course, on the night we were all shocked. He beat the living crap out of De La Hoya.”

Just seven months earlier De La Hoya had cruised to a win over contender Steve Forbes, Prior to that, in May 2007, he had come closer that anyone before to beating Floyd Mayweather Jr. Although 35, De La Hoya was a massive favorite to defeat Pacquiao. Instead his corner pulled him out after suffering a one sided pummeling for eight rounds.

”After the fight, everyone was going crazy for Manny. We who were in the know about the steroids were just looking at each other holding our breath and hoping no one would start wondering how that could have happened.”

The sparring partner says he began regularly injecting Pacquiao with steroids in preparation for his subsequent fights with Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto.

”Once a week, right in the locker room of the Wild Card (Gym). Manny would drop his shorts and clench his teeth, and I would give him a jab in the upper outer quarter of his butt cheek. He hated every shot.”

The contact also said that Pacquiao’s drugs were changed from regular steroids to a far less detectable combination of HGH and insulin after Floyd Mayweather began pointing the finger and making suggestions that Pacquiao’s almost super human ring achievements may not be all down to natural ability.

”They got spooked when Floyd rumbled ‘em.” said the contact. ”That whole thing with the pre fight blood test during the negotiations for a Pacquiao v Mayweather fight last year was because Manny and his team knew they needed one month prior to the fight to guarantee 100% that they would be clean in all tests.”

The sparring partner fell out with the Pacquiao camp after the Cotto fight, but he bares his former boss no ill will, and wishes him success v Shane Mosley in Las Vegas on Saturday night. ”I hope he kicks Mosley’s butt on Saturday, and I know he will. Mosley used to be a big time juicer, as everyone knows. Maybe he’s back on it for this fight. He sure needs to be!”

Bin Laden Sons Say U.S. Violated International Law In Killing Of Osama

A statement from a son of Osama bin Laden denounced the al Qaeda leader's killing as "criminal" and said his burial at sea had humiliated the family.

The statement, attributed to Omar bin Laden, bin Laden's fourth eldest son, said the al Qaeda chief's children reserved the right to take legal action in the United States and internationally to "determine the true fate of our vanished father," the SITE Intelligence Group said.

Omar bin Laden, who has been based in the Gulf in recent years, did not immediately respond to emailed and telephoned requests for comment.

The letter said, in part:

"We hold the American President (Barack) Obama legally responsible to clarify the fate of our father, Osama bin Laden, for it is unacceptable, humanely and religiously, to dispose of a person with such importance and status among his people, by throwing his body into the sea in that way, which demeans and humiliates his family and his supporters and which challenges religious provisions and feelings of hundreds of millions of Muslims."

The letter said the U.S. administration had offered no proof to back up its account of the mission. It alleged the goal of raid had been to kill and not arrest, adding that afterward the American commandos had "rushed to dispose of the body."
